Volunteer
The Greenburgh Nature Center (GNC) relies on the help of dedicated adult and student volunteers for many aspects of the center's operations, including animal husbandry, trail maintenance, gardening, assistance at special events, and interaction with our many visitors. There are also opportunities to assist our administrative staff with computer projects, office work and special projects.
We offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities for all ages and skill levels. These diverse volunteer opportunities are available throughout the year. A completed application form, signed by the volunteer (and his or her parents, if the candidate is under 18), and a personal interview are required.
Volunteer Training
All volunteers will be given an introductory tour of the facility, including an overview of the programs that the GNC offers. Certain volunteer positions require specific skills. New volunteers will be trained accordingly by a GNC staff member.

Corporate Volunteers
The Nature Center is grateful to all the help given to us by our corporate volunteers.
