Looking for more information on our Back to Nature Series? See below for answers to some frequently asked questions!

Are these programs private or will we be sharing our time slot with other families?

The Back to Nature programs are completely private and your scheduled time is just for you and the private group that you register.

What days of the week are these programs held?

As scheduling allows, we accept reservations Monday—Sunday for most of the Back to Nature Programs.  Barnyard Opening programs, Goat Walks, and Birds of Prey are all offered 7 days a week, while Night Hikes, and Barn Closings are currently being offered Sunday—Thursday. Email Chloe for program-specific questions and scheduling.

Do we have to wear masks while participating in the program?

Masks are required for all when entering the Manor House and Live Animal Museum. This is to ensure the safety of our staff, guests and young volunteers who may not yet have access to the vaccine. Masks are not required outside on Nature Center property if you are fully vaccinated. Social distancing is still recommended!

Is the inside of the Nature Center open and is there restroom access?

The Manor House is now open on WEEKENDS to members and non-members from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There are also port-a-potties available on our grounds located near the visitor parking lot.
