With exhibits spanning two floors, there is a lot to see and discover within the walls of our historic manor house. The main exhibits on the first floor of our Manor House include A Forest’s Life, an exhibit that includes live animals and a greenhouse featuring a hydroponic growing system. Upstairs, visitors can come up close and hands-on (if you want) with live animals from all over the world. Our knowledgeable staff and trained volunteers are always on site to share their wild experiences as well as to help you navigate yours.
Indoor exhibits reflect the fascinating wonders that are often easily overlooked, yet right under our nose, or at least right outside our front doors. We are lucky to have undeveloped forests, wetlands and meadows on our property and hope that after you spend time in our Manor House, you can also take some time to explore each of the ecologically important habitats.
A special thanks to Con Edison for generously underwriting our latest exhibit: A Forest’s Life.
